Hi, I’m Dr Jaclyn.

I had always considered myself a strong, healthy, and informed woman—until pregnancy challenged everything I thought I knew.

Throughout pregnancy, I experienced physical discomforts and changes that felt unfamiliar and overwhelming. When I sought guidance, I was often dismissed by healthcare providers with comments like, “It’s just part of having a baby.” I felt unheard, unsupported, and uncertain.

Following birth, I returned to exercise quickly, having remained active throughout my pregnancy. But during one workout, I unexpectedly experienced urinary leakage—a moment that stopped me in my tracks. It became clear to me that my body hadn’t fully healed, and I realized how little I truly understood about postpartum recovery.

That moment marked a turning point.

I immersed myself in research and education, focusing on pelvic floor health and postpartum rehabilitation. I gave myself the time and space to recover properly, and in doing so, I restored my own function—and began to rebuild trust in my body.

As I navigated motherhood with my second and third children, I saw firsthand how underserved women are during the perinatal period. I pursued advanced training in pelvic health and postpartum care, deepening my knowledge and expanding my approach to support the whole person, not just isolated symptoms.

My path into pediatric care began similarly—through lived experience. My first child faced challenges with feeding, reflux, tension, and general discomfort. Despite my concerns, I was repeatedly told he would “grow out of it.” But I knew something more was going on.

Out of that struggle came a new understanding: babies, like adults, deserve care that looks at the complete picture. They are not a collection of symptoms—they are whole beings, deeply impacted by their birth, development, and environment.

This philosophy now guides my practice. I believe in compassionate, comprehensive care that empowers families through knowledge, healing, and connection.

In 2023, I met E.

He was a bright little boy who struggled to crawl, scooted on his bottom instead of using his hands and knees, had difficulty eating, and presented a unique set of challenges. Working with Eli pushed me to explore new perspectives and reach out to a broader range of pediatric specialists. Through this experience, I discovered the critical role of developmental milestones and retained primitive reflexes in a child’s growth and function.

Motivated by his journey, I completed extensive training in reflex testing and integration, as well as sensory system development. I came to understand how essential it is to support babies in achieving key milestones and integrating reflexes to set the foundation for lifelong function and well-being.

This knowledge fundamentally changed how I practice.

Now, every infant I treat is evaluated through this expanded lens—because I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when we address the root cause instead of chasing symptoms.

Every mother I work with has her own version of this story: confused, dismissed, overwhelmed, and doing her best without clear guidance. It was from these shared experiences—my own included—that Nurture 360 was born.

Nurture 360 was created to fill the gap I once lived through.

It’s more than a clinic—it’s a space where women and families are truly seen, heard, and supported. Whether you’re facing postpartum symptoms, navigating feeding difficulties, or feeling concerned about your child’s development, you’ll find clarity, compassion, and holistic care here.

I believe in honest communication, collaborative care, and simplifying what often feels overwhelming. I work alongside other practitioners to ensure you’re supported from all angles—because no one should have to navigate this journey alone.

I’ve walked this path myself.
Now, I walk it with you.

Welcome to Nurture 360. Where healing starts with being heard.
