Whole-person rehab classes blending Pilates, breathwork and mind-body connection
A truly comprehensive, whole-body method.
A holistic postpartum rehab approach designed to restore, rebuild, and reconnect your body—from the inside out.
This program is designed for anyone in their postpartum journey – from 1 day postpartum to 20+ years. The goal is to help reconnect to your body and create longevity in the process.
Unlike traditional rehab programs that focus only on strength or mobility, Method 360 blends strength training, yoga, Pilates, breathwork, and mind-body connection into one powerful, whole-person system.
I’ve created this method with the understanding that healing after birth is not one-dimensional. Every woman deserves a plan that supports:
→ Pelvic floor and core recovery
→ Functional strength for daily life and motherhood
→ Mobility and flexibility to reduce tension and prevent injury
→ Breathwork and mindfulness to calm your nervous system and reconnect with your body

Over the course of several years, through personal trial & error along with my work in clinical practice — I developed Method360 to address the real needs of postpartum recovery.
Most conventional programs focus primarily on core and hip strength, which is important—but through my clinical experience, I saw that many women struggled with something even more fundamental: proper breathing during exercise, and the ability to carry that breath into both movement and daily life.
Method360 begins with breathwork—the essential foundation for pelvic floor health. From there, the program gradually incorporates functional movements that directly translate to real-life activities: carrying groceries or a toddler, lifting laundry, reaching into the back seat, and more. The goal is to restore strength and confidence in the body through movement that matters.
This method is also designed with longevity in mind. My goal is for women to carry what they learn into their everyday lives—so they can move with strength, confidence, and ease for years to come
After completing multiple courses in postpartum care, I noticed significant gaps in conventional healing approaches.

FAQs
How long is the full program?
4 weeks, 2x/week (8 total sessions)
Private sessions are also available one-on-one in a clinical setting
Do clients need to complete one level before progressing to the next?
It is highly recommended to complete level 1 prior to moving onto the next level for best results
Is it covered by insurance?
This program is available to be covered by extended health insurance under “chiropractic care” if an initial assessment is complete by me (separate fee, also covered by insurance).
Do you need an initial assessment?
An initial assessment is highly recommended since pelvic floor dysfunction can present in multiple different ways. A proper assessment can identify the root-cause of dysfunction and I can steer them to the best healing.
NOTE: There is NO internal exam during the initial assessment
What is Postnatal Rehab?
Postnatal rehabilitation is a structured recovery process that supports the healing of tissues and muscles affected during pregnancy and childbirth. It goes far beyond a general return to exercise. Rehab focuses on restoring strength and function to the pelvic floor, core, and surrounding structures to prevent long-term dysfunction.
